Service Description

Curious about yoga but unsure where to begin? This six-week in-person course is designed for absolute beginners who want to learn the basics in a small, supportive group. We’ll cover foundational postures, breathing techniques, and how to adapt shapes so they feel safe and useful for your body. You’ll build confidence, not perfection, and leave with tools you can take into any future class. Suitable for absolute beginners - no previous yoga experience required. Mats and all props provided. Taught in person in King's Lynn.

Cancellation Policy

Courses are available to book up to 12h before the start time. Courses are scheduled to take place at set dates and times. You are not entitled to a refund in accordance with your statutory rights. By signing up to a course you are agreeing to pay for and attend all of the sessions in that course. Refunds will not be given for sessions that you cannot attend. If you are unable to attend a session of the course, please notify us via email in advance.
