Clear guidance, prop suggestions, and multiple options make this session a great fit for anyone looking for a well-rounded practice. Participants will need a non-slip yoga mat long enough to lie on, and to wear comfortable clothes that they can move freely in.

Corporate Studio Sessions in King's Lynn

Local businesses, or teams looking for away day activities in West Norfolk can book in-person corporate yoga sessions at Yoga at The Grange studio, situated in the grounds of The Grange Hotel, King's Lynn. The studio is designed and built from the ground up with yoga in mind - as a sanctuary, as a space for mental, physical and spiritual growth and as a home for the yoga community in King's Lynn. We can host groups of up to 12 participants and can provide mats, all props, water, etc. and tailor the session to meet your needs.​​
