Service Description

This 30-minute virtual session is designed to help employees release tension, improve mobility, and reset mentally without leaving their chairs. Through gentle seated stretches, mobility exercises, and simple breath work, this class supports posture, focus, and overall wellbeing right at the desk. No change of clothes or equipment needed, just a few moments to move, breathe, and feel better.


Cancellation Policy

Sessions are available to book up to 48h before the start time. You can cancel or reschedule your own booking up to 48h ahead of the start time via either your Member Area on the website or via email to ellie@nopressureyoga.com. To cancel or reschedule with less than 48h notice, please email ellie@nopressureyoga.com. Cancellations made with less than 48h notice will not be refunded and no transfer to an alternative date will be offered.
